Beautiful plates!! When are you opening the restaurant?

Thanks!  I did the restaurant thing in my early 20s....Never again.  Pleasing the family with my food is one thing.... Anyway... Having my own food truck in an area that I consider paradise would be the only way.

Let's start a food truck on the island! I have a few ideas. I worked as a short breakfast/lunch cook, while in college.

That is the ONLY place I would consider running one Robert.  Believe me, we've talked about it... I started from the ground up as a teen and ended up in restaurant management after doing everything in between.  At 23 I dumped restaurant life and went into my field and am happy with benefits now over 30 years later.  But sometimes it sounds awesome to have a food truck on the island!

New handles and rollers from @zavod44
These really look nice Brian, thanks so much.  Got rid of the taco using SS handle strap courtesy of the @Lilyankee / @bladz joint effort.  I'm pretty excited about the way this one turned out.  Couldn't use the tool hanger bracket that came with the grill, but that's ok with me.

Pork tenderloin seasoned with Oak Ridge Dominator Sweet Rib Rub, smoked 240F-260F on the Kamado over Basque's Sugar Maple Lump Charcoal and some hickory chips. Only took 45 minutes to hit internal temp of 150F.

My wife double smoked ham with a maple syrup, OJ and brown sugar glaze on our 26er. I gave her verbal instructions on kettle setup the night before.

Dinner was ready when I got home from work.
