Decided to try something new. Instead of reverse searing steaks, I broke out the vortex for a super hot sear at the start. Turned out pretty freaking good.

Nice looking sear/char/crust!
That’s how l like to cook my steaks too. Reverse sear is good, but my wife is not crazy about it.
