Pork chops last night. A quick reverse sear bumped the IT up just above the target 140 IT, but they were still juicy.

I marinate them in Wishbone Robusto salad dressing overnight.

Thanks guys, turned out awesome!!! Not sure if she got the dough from Walmart or hyvee but I’ll put a pic of what I used (I just cut it in half and made the 2 pizzas from the one roll). I got a kettle pizza off craigslist for $30 and this was my trial run before I went all out and cooked dinner. I just used 1 full size chimney and 3 chunks of wood. It got to about 500 degrees this way. I just kept an eye on it and turned every minute or so till it looked good browned (about 5min till done).
