@jhagestad It turned out so good! Forgot to tempt the steaks before pulling them off the grill but when I got to the kitchen and remembered, turned out they were a perfect 135 in the center.

Ohhhh daddy likely.... flank steak is so under-rated. Holds marinade like a sponge and has tons of flavor. Thanks for sharing your cook!
