Sirloin would do. Two bell peppers and two onions are cut up to your preference. I cook the peppers indirect in the cast iron with a bit oil and salt and pepper till tender. You can do them direct over medium heat too. I cook the steaks to medium rare reverse sear and take them off to rest and cut in to strips on the cutting board. You’ll need a cup of rice. I use a stir fry sauce from Meijer that is a little spicy and sweet. Nothing fancy. Combine all the ingredients back in the pan to marry up. That serves my me my wife and daughter.
