That all looks so good! Do you have a recipe for the potato and kielbasa on the plank? I definitely want to try that!

Also, what camera/lens did you use to take the pictures? They're really nice. I like the composure. The bokeh doesn't look like it is from a smartphone but rather a proper setup.

I stole the idea from Mike Lang’s website www.anotherpintplease.com

He did sauerkraut and kielbasa but my wife isn’t a huge sauerkraut fan despite coming from a very polish family. So I subbed it out for her excellent dill potatoes. She makes them all the time and it’s basically just butter and dill with Maine all purpose potatoes. The key is getting the right texture on them. The kielbasa’s are from this local vegetable stand that makes their own. Came out really nice and was really nice looking so l will do it again with guest at some point.

Yeah I decided to fool around with my camera last night instead of the iPhone. Minus the last photo because I ran out of daylight. It’s a Nikon d7200 and I was shooting with a thrifty 50. It’s a nikon 50mm 1.8d. It gets decent bokeh and is very inexpensive but you need to have a body drive for the auto focus. I think I picked it up for 60 bucks.

Bihari Kabab Thighs on a bed of rice with chick pea curry. A buddy of mine turned me on to this yogurt based marinade that is very spicy/hot. Absolutely love this one!
