I've never seen that before!  Do you have to go to a butcher shop to find those?

Ja... I get them here locally at a small butcher / Turkish store. Cost me €7.50 kg  +/- $3.75 pound.
The owner has 2-3x a week a half of a calf sitting in the cooling. He asks what I want and I just say... cut here and here and he chucks it on the big SS band saw and cuts it how I ask!
This is also where I get things like lambs shoulders and even large fresh chickens. Super deal and local!
