Wifey had procedure that required fasting. She requested kettle 'fried' chicken breasts.
Surprisingly enough, even though they end up going over 165 they're still juicy.
Did a dill pickle juice brine and Kentucky Kernel.

Fried chicken on a Kettle is a dish I've never attempted in 37 years of kettle cooks. Someday I'll give it a try.

Leftover meatloaf idea compliments of my wife..... Meatloaf patty melts on the Weber Genesis with little griddle.  Meatloaf slices griddled, Gouda cheese on each side, grilled cheese style on brioche bread with bbq aioli sauce.  These were the bomb....

Thank you, sir! It's honestly one of my favorite things to come off of the kettle.
I usually do bone-in thighs. But figured I should honor the special request.

A buddy of mine got me hooked on that beer. Sometimes it goes down a little too smooth!
