Nothin' fancy, just wings, cooked on the Performer, with the Vortex and Cowboy briquets.
Best I've done yet -no leftovers,

You can't go wrong with Wings and Beer!

A coworker brought two dozen of fresh raw oysters into the office for me this morning. Along with hot sauce, ground horseradish and saltine crackers.

Well the only thing to do is grill them!! There was a boxed WD 22" kettle that was still in my office from last Thursday. I hadn't taken it home yet. So the plan was to grill oysters on a 22".  Well at about 11:00 AM there is a knock on my office door. The receiving clerk poked his head in the door and said "it must be an other grill" . I knew by the size of the box it was a CGA.

Lunch today was 24 oysters shared with a few coworkers. Only thing missing was a few cold beers.

Cheers

Agree with Robert, those wings look awesome!  Now that you have the vortex process down, it's fun to experiment with different rubs/seasonings/sauces.  Have fun!

Thanks guys! These got a quick seasoning before cooking, lemon juice, olive oil and Kinder's The Blend (salt pepper and garlic powder). I like them crispy at the table, and I sauce 'em as I eat 'em.

First time using this kettle! Pork chop seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic, cardamom, and pepper. Stuffed peppers for the lady.

Steakhouse seasoned pork tenderloin bbq over Rockwood lump to 140F, with Southwest salad, and a batch of Reece's pieces peanut butter cookies in honor of the great McGee, grill buddy and canine companion of a fellow grillfella, RIP McGee.
