Mesquite smoked beef cheeks on a 26er.

Wow! What great freaking tacos.
I used homemade fermented chili sauce per @SMOKE FREAK recipe to add some extra heat to the tacos.

If you've never smoked beef cheeks. I highly recommend giving it a try. It's similar to brisket point. Yield from 5-1/2 pounds of cheeks after trimming was 2 pounds, after smoking 18ounces.
