Saturday evening cook...Boneless skinless chicken thighs stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeno, high temp cheddar cheese and wrapped with bacon. Glazed with homemade BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes of the cook.

Not live, weekend before last, but I never posted my WSM pulled pork cook.  Nothing out of the ordinary really but it turned out really good and we got to use the food saver for leftover portions.  Made bbq flatbreads last night with pulled pork, lightly sautéed red onions, Stubbs sauce (love the zesty taste) and mozzarella.
