Party Pizza on the Q1200 Last Night
« on: October 21, 2018, 05:38:20 AM »
Just messing about last night I wanted to see how a cheap ole party pizza would turn out on the Baby Q. I'll definitely do it again, it tasted great and burn the roof of your mouth hot. Only took about 20 minutes on medium heat.

Just a piece of aluminium foil folded in half with several slits in it and a 25 cent toaster oven part I found at a second hand shop.

I cook like this on the q1200 often and get great results. I have both of the weber roasting racks (Large and small) but I am not sure if Weber sells them anymore.

I've been trying to find the roasting rack but haven't had much luck. The little rack I used here I found in the second hand shop it worked really well, I'm on the lookout for more toaster oven parts. I'm surprised how great this little grill works, first cook was burgers and brats they turned out delicious.
