Hi Everyone, I am from the STATES, but live in Montreal, and this is my first year with my Weber Kettle, looking forward to reading your tips/tricks and experiences...we have some very, very cold winters here and I am up for the challenge to smoke with my Weber Kettle! I was invited by a friend that is a member here.

Hello and welcome to the WKC from Eugene, Oregon.    Sorry for the Tardy response; I cook out year round but don't have much snow to deal with.  Welders blankets have been mentioned in the past from the colder regions.
