I had left over pizza dough and scotch eggs from yesterday .
The dough is made from bread flour , olive oil, water , salt, sugar, yeast and corn flour for color and texture .
I made some garlic infused olive oil and brushed one side of the crust with it , you grill that side down for about a minute until brown or slightly blackened depending on your taste . Remove, flip over on a plate or pizza sheet and brush again with the oil , add toppings and return to grill until hot and the cheese is melted .
I used left over scotch eggs , ham , jalapeņo jack cheese and tomatoes.
