First cook on the lime @pbe gummi bear gifted me using the Andy Ricker fish sauce wings he recommended... damn damn damn!!! Wife and I crushed 4 pounds of these tonight absolutely loved them will do again. Thanks for the lime and recipe my friend. These will definitely happen again

Awesome cook chef, Cleaning my just recently received Lime also. I will need to come up with a worthy first cook as well

So you coated them with the tempura and white rice flour, then grilled instead of fried?
