Final analysis on wet brined Turkey is about 30+ people ranting and raving about the best Turkey they ever had…
Done on the SmokeFire at 300, for about 3.5 hours…have the carcass to make Turkey chowder with now. Didn’t get any pics of it carved…I’ll do another soon, get pics then.

16lbs on the WSM and 13lbs on the Glen Blue. I did B&B Char-logs with apple and cherry chunks on both.
Not bad for being hungover!

Looks great! I've been having great success with wet brining turkeys and chickens.
