Personally I’m not a fan of pork on pork so I prefer mine without bacon. Not just these but any recipe that calls for sausage and bacon together. Cumminfourya what recipe did you use?  Yours look really good. Here is a link to the ones I made.

I actually used your recipe that you posted. I did no cilantro as well. I did chop the jalapeños up instead of putting a big piece in there. Made it easier to roll them up for me.
