14 lbs Pork Butt Smoke
« on: August 23, 2018, 03:39:00 PM »
Hey guys. Planning on smoking this gorgeous 14 pound Boston Butt on my webber kettle for a friend’s birthday on Saturday. Guests will arrive around 2:30 pm

However, I am having a hard time deciding at what to start cooking. I’m thinking a 16 hour cook will be enough, nonetheless, it’s been raining at night and I am having issues on wether or not this will affect the cooking time.

I’d be grateful if you could provide any insights or tips.

Thanks!
