[offtopic] one of the first lessons I was taught when I got my job at Round Table Pizza, like 45 years ago - “we don’t have rags, we have towels. We don’t have “lids”, we have tops. And this is an establishment and not a “joint”” - (yes, those are innuendos) [/offtopic]
...Anyway, our cafe at work actually makes pretty good pizza, so tonight I was able to bring a couple of dough balls home.
So to try out my new dough recipe, I pulled out the pizza gasser.
Simple pies, butter and light cheese, but they were really good.
