What is recommended to cook on the rotisserie? What works best, whole chickens, pork loins, etc.?

Thanks!

Picanha. It's hard to find, but it's really good.

How about a chuck roast, Rib Eye Roast, or pork loin? Or baby back ribs?

A pork roast or a roast beef are both great.

Just about anything but meatloaf...

Not that I've cooked it before but some dry rubbed Jamaican curried goat would probably be perfect for a rotisserie. That and Al Pastor tacos.

Damn, now I might need to get a rotisserie.

I've done a rib roast. It was fantastic but I either had the flu or got ahold of some bad shrimp the same night and threw it all up for hours. I still can't stand the sight of rib roast yet. Too much information I know.

I've also done ribs. I let my temp and time get away from me but I have been meaning to do them again.
