For example, I’m 2 hours away right now and it’s raining. Exactly why I wanted the shelter. The wsm is kind of a diva and doesn’t like to get wet.

I always get a kick out of cooking while I’m away.

I like it, that is funny

Also a chef with confidence and a grill ,although a Diva, knows how to act even when no one is watching
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I got home 6 hours later. Wsm temp was exactly the same. I took the food off a couple hours ago and forgot about it until now. 11 hours later and the needle hasn’t moved. It is truly set and forget.
