Weber Performer Timer

The timer went out on my Weber Performer. Its not the first time..
I fixed it though.. Still trying to calculate the number of cold beverages it takes for a tri-tip.. 8)

I'd say it takes at least 4 PBRs to cook a Tri-tip....maybe more if I was drinking micro brews.

A hammer will fix the timer, permanently.

There has been a few times my wife has asked when the food on the grill would be done , my reply is usually, how many beers do I have in the fridge !

LOL mine says you better hurry up and finish cooking before you fall in the grill, so I usually lose count on how many it takes to finish a brisket

Less than 1/2 of a single tri-tip left after the tribe ate so I guess that is a good sign. I was to busy slicing and serving to get photos of the meat sliced. Was afraid I would not get any meat on my plate if I stopped to take pictures at that point.  Gotta love family BBQ's.
