Cornish Game Hens

I cooked up 4 Cornish Game Hens on "Ethel" using the snake method. I never had game hens before so i gave them a try, they a slightly different taste then chicken (to us any way) but were very juicy and tasty.  I cooked them at 300deg for about an hour and a half.
It was a tight fit but it worked!

And done!  Sorry no plated pictures because the camera battery died.
