Individual rib cook time
« on: June 19, 2018, 08:34:00 AM »
Picked up some beef back ribs that were cut into individual bones. Any idea how long I would expect to cook them at 225 or 275? I'm thinking about 6 hours @ 225 and 4 hours @ 275. No wrap, no spritz, just as simple as possible.

Any experience out there to glean from?

These took me about 3.5 hours at 250-275

I would go with less heat and more time...But that's just me...

@SMOKE FREAK I will elect to do that since I have the time. I'll anticipate a 6 hour cook time at 225ish and do 1 hour hold in the cooler.
