Hi all! It’s been a while since I’ve posted a cook but these turned out great so I thought I’d share a few pics. As usual there will be dogs and a sunset.

I need to do some beef ribs one of these days! Something I haven't tried yet :( you just make them like you would with pork babybacks?

@Tamb1 the ribs took just 6 hours. I could have had them done in 5 but he beer was really cold.
