Pork Tenderloin for the inlaws

Last night I lightly smoked some pork tenderloin for my inlaws. I used peach wood that
@kettlebb
generously shared with me from trees on his property. I cooked it indirect over GFS Lump in my taco. I pulled it at 161f IT but the meat was still incredibly juicy.
The light peach smoke is incredible on pork! I’m going to use it for the shoulder tomorrow!
