More of a ten minute hackjob, but it works!

Just another poortex made out of an old, knockoff brand chimney. I used my angle grinder for the first time and ripped the bottom off to have a cylinder. It made wings taste really good and they were crispy!

I have the real thing and I can’t tell the difference between it or any shape of charcoal holder that holds a similar amount of charcoal. I can tell your version holds less but if it’s getting the desired results than even better. You might put a grinder blade to those rough edges though [emoji12]

Those were some killer wings last night.
Looking for: Red MBH 26"(The Aristocrat), Chestnut-coppertone (The Estate), Glen-blue (The Imperial), and The Plainsman.
