Ill occasionally buy chunks in bags at Meijer. Don’t use chips, they just burn too quickly IMO. I’m fortunate to have pecan, peach, apple, and maple on my property.

If you have any room on your land for trees then plant some fruit trees.

Ok it took me a bit to be able to use it but I think the ribs look pretty good. What do you guys think. Cooker stay extremely constant all day. Very impressed. Had to cook in my garage due to rain but whatever..

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
