Wing seasonings
« on: March 29, 2018, 09:45:16 AM »
I'm going to do my first wings on the kettle soon.  I will have the guests sauce their own wings, so I'll have a hot sauce, BBQ and mustard BBQ.  What would be a good seasoning to put on all of the wings while they grill?  I don't want to overpower the sauces just compliment them.  I'm looking forward to your great suggestions.

Yeah they won't need much. The sauce or glaze you do later will become most of the flavor profile.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Salt and pepper or any seasonings you like. I apply a dusting of Tony’s. Go easy on it.

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.
