These meals all took under 30 minutes.

Wolfe rubbed original chicken breasts with provolone on a bed of baby spinach

King Salmon rubbed with Weber's Boston Bay and vegetables

Plated with a little orange sauce. (garlic bread was still crisping)

Shrimp Stir Fry
