What's this grill?

Howdy All,

From a slowly recovering snowed in London.

I'm trying to work out the Jumbo Joe model timeline.

I'm going to pick this up for my ever growing collection.  I've been told its 47cm (18.5") in diameter.

Does that stack up with the pan for a jumbo?

It also Doesn't look like it has a lid lock handle.

That looks like a regular Smokey Joe silver. It has narrow legs. The jumbo also has a different ash pan.

Yup. I agree.

It is indeed a Smokey Joe Silver. It has no wire lid lock (lid bale), no lid lock support, no removable handle with heat shield (taco), no 2.54cm (1 inch) wide jumbo joe legs with the pre-fab hole slot hook, and no jumbo joe

removable 27.94 cm (11 inch) ash pan (catcher). And, with no 4.45cm (1 3/4") x 14.61cm (5 3/4") side dampers, it ain't no Smokey Joe Platinum (Outrider) either.

Thanks for the comments so far.

With all being said.  I guess I should be asking seller to measure again?

As by the sounds of it, 18.5" didn't come with these specs.
