OK, now for an update about that front leg.

As I said, the bare-ended front leg bangs and hops which is bad for the weld. I put a rubber crutch tip on, and that was an improvement, but it still grabs.

So I installed a metal furniture glide, made to screw into a table or chair leg. I set it at an angle to the rubber foot, so as to sit flat on the pavement. It worked! Now the Weber glides around easily with the touch of a finger.
