That doesn't look worth the trouble to save any parts.
Hack saw is the cheapest. I use a $10 harbor freight grinder with a cut off wheel.
If you're bound and determined to try and get it apart.. Use a torch to heat up the metal.
Heat and Cool a few times and spray the area with some penetrant.
Its no guarantee, but wort a shot.
@Heyjude The heating and cooling sounds too time consuming. Just use a grinder with a cutoff wheel. Invest in the grinder since this likely won't be your last.

I only suggest the heating method if you're hoping to save the parts.

Hey guys and girls,

Here are some progress photos - all cleaned out and ready for reassembling!

Managed to loosen thumb turn with lubricant which saved me from grinding a limb off!

Next to order the spare parts and get working on the bottom triangle, ash pan and legs!

Chris

This what I am going to do on my 18 brownie.  Thanks, @kettlebb for the advice.

I believe once the porcelain chips away, there is no way to repair it.  Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

It’s best to use 0000 steel wool and clean up the rust. Then get it hot and season it with cooking oil. Most paint turns black from the heat.
