Friday nights cook

I had the day off work Friday and thought I’d make the most of it, so I invited a few friends over for a good feed and few beers and laughs.

2 racks of St. Louis pork ribs,
1 rack of beef shorties and some hot links.
Let’s just say we all ate well and there was no complaints.
