The most: about 90 bucks
The least: 5 bucks for a light grey one (not faded black but true grey) at a yard sale for 5 bucks! And no, I don't have it any more regretfully. >:(

This is the first "used" kettle I picked up, just about four years ago. I paid $150 and thought it was an excellent deal! That $150 is the most I've spent on a kettle....so far....

$1400 for the new redesigned Ranch Kettle back in March 2012. Bought it brand new off the showroom floor the first week it was out. I did the same thing when the new Summit Charcoal Grill Center hit the market in April '16. That one cost me $2582 - with the new cover plus tax (I wished I had waited on that one. Price dropped big after the first few months)

However you want to define it. I'm sure many of us have spent more on handles/parts/grates than we initially paid for the grill.  8)
