Looking to smoke or grill?

Could swing both ways ( no pun intended haha)

I treat this as more of an experience and definitely like weird and wonderful. It gives me a sense of expression, I’m no artist but when I grill, cook or smoke out the entire neighbourhood it makes me happy [emoji2]

Also it’s a Grate excuse to have a beer lol

I just did my first “Pizza Fatty” not to bad to make. You saw it. The only thing I did wrong was only making one. I’m making 2 on Saturday plus smoking 10 lbs of pork shoulder.

If you have not cooked a fatty you must try it... but make 2. Lol

As far as having a excuses to have a beer... I myself only drink on days that end with a “Y”

I dust chicken skin then cook it in cast iron and make chicken skin chips. My wife said I’ll die young! But I’ll die full!

Love it! Probably would need to par cook the bacon weave just a bit so the chicken skin wouldn’t soak the bacon with its fat.

Years ago my buddies and I would order a pizza. It was ours! Not on the menu we called it “ Heart Attack Special “ it had Sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, ground beef, Italian beef, and gyro meet. We would call and ask for the Heart Attack Special and they would know it was us. The GD thing weighs a ton but we loved it.

This could be the Heart Attack Special Fatty!

You can't go wrong with a bacon wrapped smoked meat loaf
