The things people throw out on garbage day....this seems like a no brainer. Open hatch, insert Q and stand. Not sure how old it is but I think after a good cleaning it'll be good to go.

Be careful. Weber says the newer stationary cart 6525 is only compatible with with the newer 2000 series grills while the older stationary cart 6508 is for the 200 series grills. No idea if the older 6508 is backwards compatible with the newer 2000 series grills.  Let us know if it works for you!
