Italian Saucheech Sandwich

Fired up the Blue SSP for a few sausages on Wed. night. Started off by sauteing some green peppers in EVOO, minced garlic and some Italian seasoning. Used the Weber elevated half grate to keep my CI pan off the direct heat. Sausages and mozzarella sticks went on next. Sandwich was fabulous and the moz sticks on the sandwich put it over the top. Lol marinara tops it off. Revolution Anti-Hero was beverage of choice.

Damn @Scott Zee that looks amazing and the cook was cool looking. I like the idea of elevating the cast iron now I just need a half grill

Never thought of adding mozzarella sticks to the sandwich.  Great idea and great looking sandwiches ! ! !
