First cook using the drip pan. Probably not for everybody on this crowd but wife requested Japanese grilled Norwegian mackerel (saba shioyaki), so here it is. Very crispy/flaky skin while the inside remained soft and juicy. She got home just after i finished cooking but unfortunately i forgot to cook rice. Oh well, she just have to wait 30 more minutes.
