Thanks.  I don't have a working 22 at home right now, so I'll have to use my new favorite lime SJ. I have a 22 black up at the cabin, in the middle of rehab, and a crusty brownie downstairs.  I'm waiting for my new limited red to arrive.  That will be my main cooker.

Away we go!  It will take two or three rounds on this little guy to cook them all.  I'm so ready for the new red to show up.

Nice!  If the sj cooks like an 18 or 22 you can cover the grill completely with wings direct over coals with bottom vent half open and with lid on and turning every 15 minutes you will not burn them.

Thanks!  Round one is finally done after I put them over the coals.  I added more coals and spread them out for the next.  That took way too long.  Time to get my fingers sticky.

First round was very good! My lips are burning.  Round two is almost done. Nice!  I'm getting a few flare-ups, but a little snow takes care of that for a while.

Those look great. It’s been a while since I’ve grilled wings. I think it’s time!

Very cool doing it on an SJ, a lime one at that! They look delicious.
Together we'll fight the long defeat.
