Beef Ribs
« on: November 09, 2017, 05:42:22 PM »
This cook was when the wife and kids were out of town. Used the minion method and held the temps from 225-250 for about 5.5 to 6 hours. I will be cooking them again.

I wish the dino bones around here had that much meat on them. Looks great.

I need to do that same fix to one of my chimneys. But every time I lift it up, more large rusty flakes fall out. I'm surprised there aren't yet large holes in the sides.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Just Hickory chunks on this one and I went with my go to simple seasoning S.P.O.G(Salt,Pepper,onion power and garlic powder).
