I love grilling at night the coals glowing the smoke flowing up and disappearing into the night and just the smells of the food in the evening air

Oh yes, that looks like you had a beautiful nighttime grilling session there.  There's nothing like a cool, still night with the sparks and glow from lump charcoal starting up after dark and the smoke rising up until it diffuses in the air up above.  I think I'm the only night owl in the neighbourhood.  The others don't know what they're missing.
