It’s weird. My cheese and crust are turning out better in the oven at 425 versus the pq at much higher temps.
Granted, it takes a half hour as opposed to 5-7 minutes but I’m cooking larger pizzas and 2 at a time so it balances out. Much less work as well. Not as fun though.

A couple more oven baked at 450.  Love it. Pull out whatever baking sheets you have and cook pizza.  Round square steel aluminum whatever. It doesn’t matter.
