Great job so far - it appears to be in pretty solid shape!

That internal ashpan alone is worth the price of admission 8)

Oops,  I think it was me who erroneously thought this HC was electric - Sorry.  I jumped to that conclusion after recently seeing JEBIV’s yellow Tesla.

Do I see your charcoal grate sitting inside the IAP?  I thought the grate sits on top of the IAP.  I have two 22” IAPS and the charcoal grates are too large to fit inside, they sit on top.  Just an observation.
