That Summit looks usable after a good cleaning.  I'm not sure how available those cross over tubes are; you can order a normal genesis one for <$10 and cut it down to fit. The burner holes can be cleared out with a stiff brush. The grates are stainless and I don't see any obvious burn through so they should clean up well. Great specimen overall.
