Brought the grate in and loaded up as the grill was settling in for some slow smoke

Some peach wood smoking

Smoked for about 30 minutes in the Aristocrat then moved grate and all over to the Iron Horse where the vortex was already screaming and waiting. Turned the modern grate upside down and set the older grate right on top cooked about  35 more minutes battery died and no pics of finished product a cute little smoke ring and crispy skin and damn good and spicy frickin hot
