Broke in the new performer with a little rotisserie action. 

Brined it for a few hours, salt sugar and crushed garlic.  Then trussed it up, olive oil, salt, pepper, then lt it spin.



It came out great!
Copper colored Weber OTG, Black Weber OTS, Copper colored Weber E310, UDS, and a wood burning pizza oven.

Jaron that makes me very hungry.  Why does everyone but me have a Rot ?   :'(  I want a Rot.   :( :(

I just picked it up recently.  Cant believe i waited so long, should have gotten the rotisserie sooner!

They are a must accessory for the kettle. Use the baskets and fire up a chimney of lump and you are good to go.

I liked it so much that I got two roti kits.
