We have some friends who happen to be neighbors a few houses down coming over soon. I got these on shortly before noon. Left rack is 3.8 lbs and right is 3.5. Toothpick test says about 45 more minutes.

The 22" patent pending has potatoes in foil baking and I've got sweet corn in the husk going on soon.

They look delicious.   What is the toothpick test?

Stick a toothpick between the bones to see how easily it goes in. They are done when you don't have any resistance.

Some good rib reading here.

They look good. I will confirm taste/texture when it is my turn to eat these bad boys.
