I find it interesting they would call it avacado. It's definitly the newer sage. Weber also made an old sage that was closer to the grass green. I would keep that Jeff.

Isn't the color Jeff and I have actually referred to as " Mediterranean " ?

Nope, at least not according the the 1967 product guide.  The color is Avocado.  The 18" avocado kettle is "the Mediterranean" (the 22" is Caribbean)

I was smoking that day in my WSM. I had to melt the ice off the lid before I could open the vent.  ;)
