In the spirit of the Santa Maria Q... here's my rotisserie Tri-Tip with grilled Bok Choi & red potatoes.





Meant to take a pic before sliced up, but hungry people were waiting


The not so hungry but very satisfied.

That tritip looks grate.  I guess I need to learn to cook it. Never heard of it til I left Texas to come out west to CO.
